2026 Round 2 Grant Application forms for LTANT members

LTANT 2026 members are invited to apply for the following Professional Learning (PL) Grants.

Recipients of a PL Grant will be reimbursed expenses to value of the grant after submitting the necessary receipts and fulfilling the grant conditions. 

2026 LTANT Professional Learning Round 2 Grant

How to Apply for an LTANT Grant

  1. Complete the application form and submit it by email to ltant.finance@gmail.com

  2. The LTANT Round 2 Grant application form is available here

  3. The LTANT Committee will review the applications during scheduled committee meetings.

  4. After the meeting, the LTANT Treasurer will announce the outcome.

    • If your application is unsuccessful, you are encouraged to apply again in future rounds.

 

After a Successful Application

If your application is successful, you will receive a Grant Recipient Confirmation Letter.

  • Please complete the required details and return the letter by email to ltant.finance@gmail.com, including your bank details.

  • Please also include relevant supporting evidence where applicable, such as:

    • Flight tickets or other transportation receipts

    • Accommodation receipts

    • Conference or event registration fee receipts

    • Certificates of attendance

  • If the grant is used to cover relief teacher costs, the recipient’s school must provide a relief grant receipt. The receipt must be sent to the LTANT Treasurer as part of the grant conditions.

  • If the required details are not submitted by the due date stated in the confirmation letter, the LTANT Committee reserves the right to offer the grant to another applicant.

 

Sharing Your Learning with LTANT Members

Grant recipients are expected to share their learning with LTANT members through a presentation, workshop, or mini professional learning (PD) session as stated in the Grant Recipient Confirmation Letter. Presentations should address the following:

  1. When did the event take place?

  2. Who were the speakers or facilitators?

  3. What topics were covered?

  4. What key information or knowledge was shared that would be valuable to LTANT members?

  5. How have you applied your learning in your classroom practice?
